Starting in February, LG Electronics launched ‘G Flex’ in 20 European countries including England, Germany, France and Italy. After the initial launch in Korea last November, LG expanded its launch to Asian regions including Hong Kong and Singapore in December. Furthermore, LG plans on releasing ‘G Flex’ in the U.S through 3 mobile carriers – AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile – during the first quarter. ‘G Flex’ is the world’s first curved flexing smartphone equipped with world’s largest 6-inch curved display and curved battery. It is also applied with innovative UX such as ‘Self-Healing Back Cover’. Through the global launch of G Flex, LG Electronics plans to solidify its position as the leader of next-generation display.
