On January 3, Chairman Koo Bonmoo visited Kintex, an exhibition convention center located in Korea and looked over LG’s major home appliances. Koo visited the site in order to experience ‘customer value’ melted in each of the products. The exhibition displayed about 100 appliances including ‘105 inch 21:9 CURVED ULTRA HD TV’, 19kg capacity ‘Black Label’ Washing Machine, and auto-moving technology applied ‘RobCyking’. Koo was elaborated on each product by the business manager and checked to see if the products provided differentiated values to the consumers. Koo looked over display quality and design of HE products, internal space in refrigerators as well as purifying functions. In addition, Koo also examined washing time of the washers and remote controlling function of robot vacuum cleaners.
