On the U.S.-based American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), LG Electronics has been named the most favored home appliance brand for two consecutive years, securing the top spot in the home appliance category. The company received a score of 85 out of 100 in a consumer satisfaction survey of companies that supply washers, refrigerators, dryers, ovens, and other home appliances, beating its own score of 82 from last year.
